Kenby’s Water Purification Process

Kenby is committed to providing pure, safe, and refreshing bottled water sourced from natural resources. Our water undergoes a sophisticated multi-stage purification process to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Starting with an initial chlorination phase for disinfection, the water passes through several pre-filtration steps, including sand and iron filtration, to remove large particles and contaminants. These pre-treatment stages prepare the water for advanced purification, ensuring a solid foundation for the next critical steps.

01

Multi-Stage Filtration

Kenby uses a thorough multi-stage filtration process, starting with sand, iron, and carbon filters to remove large impurities. This prepares the water for more advanced treatments by ensuring its purity from the start.
02

Advanced RO and UV Treatment

The water then undergoes Reverse Osmosis (RO) and UV filtration to remove dissolved salts, microscopic contaminants, and harmful microorganisms. This ensures the water is both clean and safe for consumption.
03

Ozonation and Final Testing

Finally, the water is treated with ozonation, providing an extra layer of disinfection and preserving its freshness. Rigorous quality testing follows to ensure that all impurities have been eliminated. Only after passing these tests is the water bottled and made available to consumers.
Following pre-filtration, the water is processed through ultra-filtration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems, which effectively remove dissolved salts, microscopic particles, and contaminants. The next step is UV filtration, which sterilizes the water, eliminating any remaining bacteria or viruses. Additionally, ozonation adds a final layer of protection, ensuring the water stays fresh and pure. Each stage of this process is rigorously monitored and tested, guaranteeing that Kenby delivers clean, safe, and high-quality drinking water to consumers.
